Millard Noblin
Owner & Broker
Millard Noblin is a lifelong resident of the Tallahassee area and graduate of Florida State University; he has enjoyed great professional success in both the real estate industry and the development of the city. He attained his Florida Real Estate License in 1968 and became a licensed broker in 1969. He was instrumental in the development of Killearn and served as the executive vice president of Killearn Estates as well as the president of Killearn Realty before establishing his own company, Noblin Realty in 1972. It was at Noblin Realty that he realized the need for property management services in Tallahassee and opened Community Property Management in 1976.
Mr. Noblin has served in a number of leadership positions and as board member for a number of professional, civic and charitable organizations. He was past president of the Board of Realtors and district vice president of The Florida Realtors Association. He served on the board of Tallahassee Regional Memorial Medical Center as well as serving as Chairman of the Board of The Children’s Home Society of Florida- an organization of great personal importance to him. Despite his active schedule he still manages to be a daily guiding presence at the CPM offices and he prides himself on always being available to address the concerns of our clients and tenants. Many people are surprised to learn that he is the first to arrive each day!
